This replacement plastic safety screw is designed for HIBLOW pumps equipped with the screw-type safety switch.

When a diaphragm ruptures, the safety screw is designed to break, shutting off power to the pump. This helps protect the motor and other internal components from further damage. This screw is included in all Repair Kits.
