Although I was not able to inquire about a product by phone (unusual connection made, customer service could not hear me), I sent an email instead and received a response the same day with the requested details. I ended up ordering the motor mounts based on the email received although my aerator pump was not a Hiblow. The motor mounts were a good fit!
